RENTING FROM DUMA RENT

With this form you can announce the end date of the rented machines (one machine at a time). Please fill in the required fields. The machine number (= internal number consisting of 5 digits) can be found on the machine itself.

If you have completed and sent this form, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox. Please keep this confirmation as proof. If you have any further questions, you can always contact us on our general number +32 (0)56 222 111.

Please be sure that the cancelled machine stands visible and accessible for collection.

Termination of the rental agreement needs to be announced on the final day of the rental period (or earlier).
Should this not be possible, the notice can be provided at the latest at 9:00 AM the next day.
